Chinese Noodles & Veggies
This is one of my FAVOURITE meals to have on the quick, sometimes when I get in from work I just haven't got the energy to cook anything major from scratch. But be under no illusion, this is no cheap tasting, flavourless, rubbery ready meal - oh no! This meal may already be prepared but it is prepared with such great flavour & fantastic natural & organic ingredients. This dinner is -

Packed full of organic Carrots, Green Beans, Cashews, Tofu, Broccoli, Onions, Green Onions, Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Tamari, peppers and Soybeans this meal is not short on your 5 a day! These ingredients are mixed with the noodles and a cashew cream sauce. I was so happy to find this gem, it's so nice to find a suitable dinner that doesn't involve some kind of cream/cheese sauce. This dinner is full of flavour and just super yummy, having the cashew sauce just proves you really don't need cheese or cream to create a delicious sauce. The portion size is just perfect as well - not too much, I've found with some ready meals in the past they're too full and I end up just feeling heavy & bloated.
This is an essential for the freezer, a great ready meal and so blooming YUMMY!
