A closer look into my number 1 product - MuLondon
I have previously done a post on my MuLondon products, but I thought I would do a closer look at my favourite one, MuLondon's Organic Hemp Moisturiser (£15 for a 60ml full jar) Let me just briefly go over their plus points again:
- Vegan certified
- Cruelty-Free certified
- Independently owned
- Great customer service
I have been using this moisturiser for over two months now every day and I love it! (and I'm only two thirds into the jar!) This product has a mousse like texture, which is unusual as most face moisturiser's are lotions or balms. I have combination skin (oily t-zone & dry cheeks, the water is quite hard here!) and as I'm sure most of you know, even if you have oily skin you must still add a little moisturiser otherwise your skin overproduces your natural oils and you will just end up oilier. I use this product every morning after my shower (in all heats), this product is not diluted with water and so a little goes a long way!
This product has taken over my previous face moisturiser, LUSH's Vanishing Cream (£18.75 for a 45g pot). To be honest, I don't think I will ever go back and its not because Vanishing Cream isn't any good, because it is! But this product has just suited me so well, it hasn't made me come out in a reaction and it hasn't made me oiler - in fact I'm sure it balances my skin, it soothes my dry cheeks and it lasts such a long time, it's reasonable priced, handmade & good quality and has all the right credentials! This is also a multi use product as you can see from the label, this can be used on your face, hands, bum and tummy!
MuLondon is definitely my favourite brand that I have discovered on my cruelty-free & vegan journey. If you are looking to try a new brand moisturiser, give this a go! I also know this product works great with their Organic Fragrance Free Foaming Cleanser (£13 for 150ml bottle) but this is a very versatile and natural product and wouldn't react with any other products.
If you would like to hear more about the cleansers head to my previous post.
